Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the fulfilment date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with a bow and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

To begin a return, clear photos of the item and its defects must be provided. Our Customer Service Team will then ask a few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our shipping details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not cover the cost of your return shipping but once your items are received by us, we will refund you the full amount of your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items that have been washed will not be accepted for a refund. 

Refunds due to size will be rejected as the measurements are on our website. Please ensure you measure before you buy.

If your returned item arrives without the bag or bow or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.



Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All refund policy protocols will be followed.



We do not allow exchanges. So please choose your item carefully.
